BOLD Bespoke Design, a leading furniture manufacturing company in Dubai, is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join their dynamic team. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to bring unique and artistic visions to life through bespoke interior solutions, working closely with clients and the production team to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits alongside company teams for accurate project understanding

• Meet with clients to determine design requirements and expectations

• Develop concept designs and present them through detailed sketches and illustrations

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) post concept approval

• Source materials and create mood boards for client presentation

• Ensure precise site measurements are taken before starting detailed drawings

• Review and modify drawings based on client feedback

• Finalize and get client approval on design drawings and material selections

• Send approved documentation to the factory for production

• Use design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.) to prepare final plans

• Conduct weekly factory visits to track project production status

• Stay updated on the latest material trends through market research and maintain an updated material library

• Be available for client communication outside work hours if required

• Adapt to design revisions from clients or the design head

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and other design software

• Strong visual design and artistic skills

• In-depth knowledge of furniture materials including wood, marble, glass, fabrics, and more

• Proven experience in decorating and designing interior spaces

• Exceptional ability to mix furniture styles, materials, and textures for eclectic looks

• Expertise in zoning, spacing, and layout planning

• Skilled in both loose and fixed furniture detailing

• Strong knowledge of interior design trends and art movements

• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure

• Excellent communication and client presentation skills

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in furniture design and fit-out

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
