As a Steward Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in all back-of-house areas, including kitchen and service zones. The role involves operating various cleaning equipment, supporting kitchen staff, and maintaining overall cleanliness and order.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Perform all assigned cleaning and sanitation duties to meet hygiene standards
🔹 Operate and maintain stewarding equipment, including:

• Dishwashing and glass-washing machines

• Pot-washing and silver burnishing machines

• Floor maintenance equipment

• Food and beverage outlet cleaning tools
  🔹 Clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils
  🔹 Maintain proper organization and cleanliness in kitchen and service areas
  🔹 Remove food waste and ensure timely garbage disposal
  🔹 Prepare operating equipment for banquet functions
  🔹 Report any breakage or equipment damage to supervisors
  🔹 Attend departmental meetings, training sessions, and briefings
  🔹 Communicate effectively with team members to maintain high morale
  🔹 Observe strict personal hygiene and grooming standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Basic reading, writing, and speaking proficiency in English
