PwC Middle East is hiring a Finance Business Partnering Analyst on a contract basis to join its Internal Firm Services team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work as a key liaison between finance and business units, delivering insights that drive performance, optimize costs, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Performance Management

Conduct variance, trend, and forecasting analyses

Monitor KPIs and provide insights on trends, risks, and improvements

Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance updates

Prepare management reports and ad-hoc performance analysis
🔹 Cost Control & Efficiency

Analyze cost structures and suggest optimization strategies
-
Review vendor contracts for financial efficiency
-
Track monthly accruals and ensure policy compliance
🔹 Budgeting & Forecasting

Support departments in building accurate budgets
-
Analyze and improve financial forecasts
🔹 Strategic Alignment

Provide insights for business decision-making

Evaluate business cases
-
Align financial analysis with strategic business goals
🔹 Financial Risk & Change Management

Identify and mitigate financial risks

Ensure integration of financial strategy in change management plans
Requirements:

Professional or Management Accounting qualification
-
Strong financial management, modeling, and Excel skills
-
Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management

Familiarity with Power BI and other business intelligence tools

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
