Finance Business Partnering Analyst

PwC Middle East is hiring a Finance Business Partnering Analyst on a contract basis to join its Internal Firm Services team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work as a key liaison between finance and business units, delivering insights that drive performance, optimize costs, and support strategic decision-making.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a high-impact team influencing firm-wide performance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Performance Management

  • Conduct variance, trend, and forecasting analyses

  • Monitor KPIs and provide insights on trends, risks, and improvements

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance updates

  • Prepare management reports and ad-hoc performance analysis

🔹 Cost Control & Efficiency

  • Analyze cost structures and suggest optimization strategies

  • Review vendor contracts for financial efficiency

  • Track monthly accruals and ensure policy compliance

🔹 Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Support departments in building accurate budgets

  • Analyze and improve financial forecasts

🔹 Strategic Alignment

  • Provide insights for business decision-making

  • Evaluate business cases

  • Align financial analysis with strategic business goals

🔹 Financial Risk & Change Management

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks

  • Ensure integration of financial strategy in change management plans

Requirements:

  • Professional or Management Accounting qualification

  • Strong financial management, modeling, and Excel skills

  • Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management

  • Familiarity with Power BI and other business intelligence tools

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Key Skills:

  • Analytical thinking

  • Attention to detail

  • Communication and time management

  • Financial reporting, KPI monitoring, and cost analysis

  • Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance

Preferred:

  • Experience in data modeling and financial planning tools

  • Capability to interact with senior stakeholders
