Career Legal is hiring a Legal Recruitment Advisor to support a prominent global real estate developer based in Dubai. This is a hybrid, full-time position offering a dynamic opportunity for candidates with prior legal recruitment experience—either from an agency or in-house environment. The successful applicant will play a key role in expanding the firm’s legal talent network across the Middle East and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit lawyers at all levels across diverse legal practice areas, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pool of lawyers across the region.

• Manage candidate relationships and actively build a legal talent network in the Middle East.

• Post job advertisements and handle end-to-end recruitment logistics.

• Partner with PSL agencies and leverage direct sourcing methods to identify top talent.

• Offer market intelligence, insights on legal hiring trends, and recruitment strategies.

• Support the Legal Recruitment Manager and wider team in driving talent acquisition efforts.

• Help develop client relationships and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.

• Advise on best hiring practices and resource planning for legal roles.

• Promote internal legal talent through identification of development opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in legal recruitment—agency or in-house legal hiring preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Sound knowledge of legal and real estate market trends in the Middle East.

• Ability to engage confidently with professionals at all levels.

• Strong problem-solving, planning, and business development abilities.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Salary Range: AED 18,000 – 25,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
