Hilton, a global leader in the hospitality industry, is hiring a Steward for its Hilton Garden Inn in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Steward, you will be part of a team dedicated to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and back-of-house areas to support an exceptional guest experience.

This full-time, on-site role involves general cleaning duties, the operation of dishwashing equipment, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, cooperative, and committed to high cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate pot-washing and dishwashing machinery in line with hygiene and safety regulations

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and back-of-house area

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, washing, and waste disposal

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned according to schedules

• Adhere to PPE guidelines and occupational health & safety standards

• Report maintenance or hazard issues promptly to the supervisor

• Execute any additional cleaning tasks as directed by hotel management

Skills & Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Good communication skills

• Ability to perform duties under pressure and without direct supervision

• Prior experience in a similar steward/kitchen porter role is an advantage
