Khaladiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana is hiring a Lifeguard for a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all pool guests by monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, and providing immediate emergency response when required. This position requires high alertness, excellent swimming skills, and a commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety

• Enforce pool rules and regulations consistently and professionally

• Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations

• Conduct routine inspections of pool and surrounding areas for safety hazards

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area

• Assist with pool-related guest services and recreational activities

• Participate in ongoing training and safety drills to maintain certifications and preparedness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Certification in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid (mandatory)

• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness

• Knowledge of pool safety protocols and maintenance basics

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
