This role focuses on ensuring a safe, high-quality, and engaging user experience by monitoring community interactions and enforcing platform standards. It’s ideal for candidates with prior moderation or trust & safety experience, especially those with an interest in AI-driven tools and the Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Moderation & Quality Control:

• Review and moderate user-generated content to enforce community guidelines.

• Detect spam, scams, and policy violations across the platform.

• Analyze trends in content behavior to identify new risks.

• Highlight and promote quality content to enhance visibility and engagement.

Product & Algorithm Enhancement:

• Provide actionable feedback to product teams for improving user experience.

• Assist in refining algorithms that manage content flow and engagement.

AI & Collaboration:

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve moderation efficiency.

• (Preferred) Write prompts to assist in training AI tools for automated moderation workflows.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or trust & safety roles.

• Strong analytical ability to spot spam, scams, and content violations.

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 communities.

• Good understanding of AI moderation tools and prompt writing (preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal English skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced digital environments.
