A reputable and growing organization in Dubai is hiring a Receptionist / Office Coordinator to manage front-desk responsibilities and provide strong administrative support. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for a professional who enjoys being the first point of contact, has excellent organizational skills, and is capable of handling diverse office tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Front-of-House:

  • Greet all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

  • Manage the visitor log and ensure a secure and welcoming entry process.

  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area.

  • Assist guests and staff with general inquiries and support.

Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, refreshments, and catering arrangements.

  • Schedule internal meetings and assist with calendar management.

  • Prepare simple internal documentation and basic correspondence.

  • Assist with hotel and flight bookings for staff as needed.

  • Support daily administrative needs across departments.

Sales & Lead Coordination:

  • Enter and manage new business leads using the internal sales platform.

  • Monitor and update lead records to ensure accuracy.

  • Coordinate with the business development team for follow-ups and updates.

  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date lead tracking system.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar office-based or administrative role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, approachable, and detail-oriented attitude.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
