Finstorm Placement Services is hiring on behalf of a leading industrial manufacturing group for the position of Group Product Manager – Powder Coating. This is a senior-level, full-time on-site role based in Dubai, suited for a dynamic and experienced professional with a deep understanding of formulation, manufacturing, and commercial strategy in the powder coatings or industrial coatings sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical and commercial strategy for powder coating products across multiple business units.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including formulation innovation, market introduction, and phase-out.

• Set and execute strategic roadmaps while aligning with profitability and pricing objectives.

• Standardize technical and operational processes across production sites.

• Lead cross-functional teams and oversee regulatory compliance.

• Provide technical support to customers and collaborate on lean manufacturing and sustainability initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

• 12–15 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a regional or group leadership role.

• Strong technical expertise in powder coating formulation and manufacturing.

• Proven ability to manage multi-site operations.

• Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Fluency in English is required.
