25hours Hotel One Central, a vibrant and culturally rich hotel near the Dubai International Financial Center, is looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join its energetic and diverse team. Rooted in Bedouin traditions with a modern twist, the hotel blends storytelling, hospitality, and community to create unforgettable guest experiences.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you’ll ensure guest rooms and hotel areas meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the guest experience through attention to detail, organization, and a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, staff areas, and storage spaces in accordance with SOPs and 25hours brand standards.

• Maintain Brand Suites and support showroom setup when required.

• Ensure trolleys, supply cupboards, and equipment are clean, organized, and stocked.

• Report any missing items, damages, stains, or maintenance needs promptly.

• Handle lost-and-found guest belongings according to hotel procedures.

• Secure issued keys and ensure their responsible use.

• Accurately complete daily housekeeping checklists and report vacant or DND rooms.

• Greet guests and respond efficiently to their requests.

• Participate in team briefings, training, and onboarding of new colleagues.

• Assist in preparing guest amenities and contribute to creating memorable “wow” moments.

• Conduct daily inventory checks for linen and in-room items.

• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, fire, and hotel security protocols.

• Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards at all times.

• Support other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• English-speaking with clear communication.

• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Positive, adaptable, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

• Multi-tasking ability and time management skills.

• Committed to maintaining high hygiene and presentation standards.

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel setting is an advantage but not required—personality and attitude are more important than your CV!
