Lockton, the world’s largest privately held independent insurance brokerage, is seeking an Emirati candidate for the role of Regulatory Relationship Manager in Dubai. This role is part of Lockton’s Emiratisation initiative, aiming to develop future leaders in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with regulators across the UAE and other jurisdictions, ensuring full compliance with legal and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main liaison with local and international regulatory bodies.

Respond to regulatory inquiries, audits, and inspections.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and insurance industry standards.

Regularly review and update compliance manuals and internal procedures.

Analyze regulatory changes and advise senior management on business implications.

Maintain up-to-date risk assessments related to AML/CFT/PF/TFS regulations.

Oversee regulatory licensing and reporting requirements.

Develop internal training programs to increase regulatory compliance awareness.

Present compliance updates and risk mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders.
Education & Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred: Professional certifications like CII, ACAMS, or GSSC.

Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or similar roles in the financial services or insurance sectors.

Prior exposure to AML/CFT regulations and risk environments is essential.

Understanding of insurance broking operations and industry trends.
