Job Description:
ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment coordination, excellent communication abilities, and proven expertise in handling both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and screening profiles.

Coordinate with recruitment vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely hiring.

Understand job requirements in collaboration with line managers and deliver qualified candidates.

Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and bulk hiring initiatives.

Maintain accurate candidate records and generate recruitment status reports.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Handle recruitment administrative tasks such as offer letter preparation and tracker updates.
Skills and Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination roles.

Prior experience managing vendors and stakeholder relationships.

Experience in recruitment campaigns or high-volume hiring is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
