Job Description:
Excel Plastics Industry LLC is seeking a full-time Injection Molding Operator to manage and operate injection molding machines at its production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality outputs while maintaining safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines.

• Conduct regular quality checks on molded parts.

• Set up and adjust machines for various production runs.

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure machine efficiency.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.

• Maintain accurate production logs and reports.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in operating injection molding machinery.

• Strong understanding of quality control procedures.

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices.

• Problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Physically fit with good manual dexterity.
