Job Description:
As a Waitress at Anása Restaurant, you will play a key role in creating outstanding guest experiences through attentive, energetic, and professional service. You’ll work closely with both the kitchen and service team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining journey from welcome to farewell.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized and professional guest service.

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the menu and recommend dishes to enhance the guest experience.

• Coordinate with kitchen and colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Maintain high grooming standards and uphold Hilton’s brand values.

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Commitment to high-level customer service.

• Flexibility to handle different work scenarios.

• Ability to work independently or within a team.

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage is an advantage.

• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations.

• Arabic language proficiency is a plus.

• Experience working in a luxury hospitality setting is preferred.

• Prior experience with cash handling is a plus.
