WorkAsPro is actively seeking a Content Moderation Specialist to help manage and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive digital community. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity suited for individuals experienced in content review and digital safety practices.

Job Role:
The Content Moderation Specialist will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content, removing any inappropriate or offensive material, and ensuring that all content aligns with platform guidelines. The position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with excellent judgment and prior moderation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review user-generated content across digital platforms.

  • Identify and remove content that violates community guidelines (inappropriate, offensive, or harmful).

  • Provide feedback to improve or update moderation policies.

  • Submit regular moderation reports and flag critical issues.

  • Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive community environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in online content moderation is mandatory.

  • Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment.

  • Ability to work independently with consistent performance.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Background in content writing is a plus (to better interpret tone and language).

  • Availability for less than 30 hours per week.

  • Intermediate experience level preferred.
