WorkAsPro is a globally recognized client-based platform specializing in flexible staffing solutions for companies worldwide. With a strong client presence in the USA, the company is currently looking for experienced content moderators to join their team remotely.

Job Role:
WorkAsPro is hiring a Content Moderator for a remote, contract-to-hire position. The role requires handling and reviewing digital content across various platforms while ensuring community guidelines are met. Applicants must be comfortable moderating potentially sensitive or adult-themed content and have experience with moderation platforms like ModSquad or Hive.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content based on internal guidelines.

  • Ensure a safe and respectful online environment by identifying and addressing inappropriate content.

  • Maintain consistency and accuracy in moderation decisions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or address complex cases.

  • Work a minimum of 30+ hours per week for a long-term duration (6+ months).

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content moderation.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as ModSquad, Hive, or similar is required.

  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and discretion.

  • Comfortable handling NSFW or adult content.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)

Contract Type: Hourly / Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $7 – $15 per hour

Experience Level: Intermediate
