Job Title: Bilingual Soft Skills Trainer

INSIGHTS is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer fluent in Arabic and English to deliver interactive and impactful training sessions to contact center agents, team leaders, and managers across the region. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging soft skills training sessions in both Arabic and English for contact center staff, team leads, and managers

Provide practical coaching and real-time feedback using INSIGHTS’ quality assurance methodologies

Contribute to client consultancy projects: gather data, analyze needs, and recommend actionable training and performance solutions

Represent INSIGHTS at industry events, client meetings, and conferences to strengthen brand presence and client relationships

Stay updated on the latest training trends and customer experience practices to continuously enhance training delivery

Assist with the development and rollout of other learning and development initiatives
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in training, coaching, or contact center environments

Strong understanding of customer service excellence and employee engagement

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

Professional certifications in training, education, or communication are a plus

Analytical thinker with effective problem-solving capabilities

A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for helping others grow

Fluency in Arabic and English is a must

Willingness to travel within the GCC and Arab regions

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Training and Development, Communications, or related field
-
Preferred age range: 24–32 years
