Job Title: Sales Executive 

Job Description:

Adria Business and Technology is a fast-growing international banking software company specializing in digital banking transformation across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Our innovative solutions span mobile and web banking, cash management, wallets, trade finance, and stock exchange platforms.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Executive to help us expand our footprint in the Middle East region, with a focus on Dubai, Riyadh, and surrounding GCC markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B fintech or banking software sales, a strong understanding of the financial services landscape, and a consultative selling approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and develop relationships with new banking prospects

  • Present and promote our digital banking solutions to financial institutions

  • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to contract signing

  • Collaborate closely with presales and product teams to deliver customized client proposals

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in banking software, fintech, or digital financial solutions

  • Strong understanding of digital banking products, fintech trends, and financial services market dynamics

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a strong plus

  • Based in Dubai or Riyadh, or open to frequent travel across the GCC
