Job Title: Finance & Budgeting Manager 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance & Budgeting Manager to oversee all budgeting, financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for one of Dubai’s most reputable real estate groups. In this role, you will play a critical part in aligning financial strategies with business goals, ensuring data-driven decision-making across flagship real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead the preparation and finalization of annual budgets using EPBCS and ensure alignment with organizational strategy

• Consolidate financial data and coordinate with subsidiaries for timely execution of business plans

• Collaborate with senior leadership to prepare and monitor project-level cash flows (sales, CAPEX, collections, etc.)

• Analyze financial performance, identify risks, and propose cost-saving opportunities

• Support IFRS 9 analysis, legal provision reviews, and quarterly financial submissions

• Coordinate clearance pack and quarterly GRP reviews alongside statutory reporting teams

Financial Reporting & Systems Management

• Maintain and control Hyperion budgeting systems for accurate financial monitoring

• Implement and optimize budgeting and MIS policies, tools, and procedures

• Create dashboards and forecasting models using Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization tools

• Develop and improve financial templates, controls, and reporting frameworks

• Deliver ad-hoc financial insights and strategic support to internal stakeholders

• Drive system enhancements and reporting automation for long-term efficiency

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/ACCA/CPA preferred

• 8+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in corporate finance/budgeting within real estate

• Strong technical expertise in Hyperion, EPBCS, and visualization tools like Power BI

• Solid understanding of real estate finance, regulatory compliance, and financial modelling

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders

• Adaptable and performance-driven with strong attention to detail
