Job Title: Website Content & SEO Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Website Content & SEO Manager to lead the development, optimization, and performance of our digital platforms across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content management, technical SEO, and web performance analytics, with a passion for improving the digital customer journey.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all website content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with global brand guidelines while continuously identifying ways to enhance user experience, drive conversions, and grow organic traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Content Management & Development

Oversee and enhance website content across multiple country-specific sites

Ensure all content is consistently accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand and campaign objectives

Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop compelling digital assets

Manage full lifecycle of website projects from planning to execution

Work with IT teams and external developers to roll out new features and troubleshoot issues

Optimize checkout and conversion funnels through user behavior analysis
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Drive organic growth by applying SEO strategies and keyword optimization

Create and execute detailed SEO roadmaps for long-term visibility

Monitor and analyze SEO performance using industry tools and best practices

Adjust strategies based on trends, algorithm updates, and performance data
Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track and enhance key website KPIs such as traffic, CTR, ROAS, bounce rate, and conversion rates

Provide regular insights and performance reports to internal stakeholders

Recommend and implement technical and content-based improvements
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Minimum 4+ years of experience in website content management and digital integrations

Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus

Strong expertise in SEO tools and on-page/off-page optimization

Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console

Proven track record of managing cross-functional digital projects
