In this client-facing role, you will act as a strategic link between our innovative tech-driven recruitment platform and the business needs of our corporate clients. Your expertise in B2B sales and recruitment will play a vital role in driving revenue, expanding market share, and delivering value to our partners.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to prospective clients across the Middle East through cold-calling, email outreach, and networking.

• Build credibility and trusted relationships with decision-makers in HR, Finance, Procurement, and Top Management.

• Craft and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.

• Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and ensure consistent follow-up.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through high-volume outreach and client engagement.

• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and recruitment challenges faced by target clients.

🧾 What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven experience in online B2B sales, SaaS solutions, or recruitment technology platforms.

• Strong background in cold calling, business development, or sales consulting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and hit revenue targets consistently.

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency setting is a strong advantage.
