Position Title: Junior Sales Account Manager

About the Client:

A leading and well-established company in the UAE, specializing in industrial automation and telecommunication solutions, serving key sectors such as oil & gas, utilities, transportation, and government.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Sales Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of networking products and experience in promoting end-to-end data communication solutions across various industries. You will be responsible for driving aggressive sales growth, expanding client relationships, and ensuring brand approvals across key sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities

• Promote data communication and industrial networking solutions to OEMs, system integrators, and end-users

• Ensure brand visibility and drive solution approvals in sectors such as oil & gas, utilities, government, and transportation

• Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless order processing and after-sales support

• Maintain strong customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, technical support coordination, and issue resolution

• Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit terms

• Report to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback

Qualifications:

• Nationality: Open to Arabic nationals

• Age: 40 years old or below

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the industrial automation or networking sector

  • Proven record of selling networking hardware and end-to-end solutions (switches, routers, communication products, etc.)

  • Experience with oil & gas and government sectors is preferred

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of networking devices and telecom solutions

• License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Compensation:

• Monthly Salary: AED 10,000 – 14,000 (all-inclusive)

• Additional Benefits: Annual incentives + air ticket allowance
