M I R A CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is hiring a skilled Event Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of global events. This on-site, full-time position based in Dubai offers an exciting opportunity to manage international exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, and presentations. You will take charge of event strategy, contractor coordination, and post-event analysis while ensuring brand alignment and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complete event lifecycle from ideation to execution and post-event evaluation.

• Plan and coordinate high-profile events including international exhibitions, roadshows, and workshops.

• Develop and manage detailed event budgets.

• Source and supervise vendors including venue providers, catering, AV, and print materials.

• Liaise with clients, partners, government officials, and sponsors.

• Collaborate with design teams to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

• Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and logistics are met.

• Measure event success and apply insights for continuous improvement.

• Contribute to the organization’s annual event strategy and calendar.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in event management (preferably in Europe).

• Strong background in planning, logistics, budgeting, and contractor oversight.

• Excellent budget handling and financial discipline.

• Skilled in managing third-party vendors and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Willingness to travel across the EU as required.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules.

• Fluency in English (C1) and Russian (both required).

• EU visa is a strong advantage.
