Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a professional Waiter / Waitress to join their luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah. This full-time, on-site role requires someone who is enthusiastic about delivering outstanding service in a high-end hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, guest-focused, and knowledgeable about food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve and clear food and beverage items professionally and discreetly.

• Know all menu items, ingredients, garnishes, and preparation methods to inform guests confidently.

• Use POS systems for sales, check processing, and cash-out procedures.

• Reset tables with linens, silverware, and glassware and maintain cleanliness during service.

• Monitor guest satisfaction, address issues proactively, and inform management when needed.

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and proper equipment handling in the dining area.

• Restock condiments and essentials, polish silver, and maintain workstation readiness.

• Report guest feedback to management and assist in minimizing waste or mishandling.

• Perform side duties like opening/closing, table setup, and light maintenance as required.

• Support other F&B outlets during peak hours.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in English; Russian language is a plus.

• Well-groomed and professional appearance.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of food & beverage products and service etiquette.

• Cash handling and POS operation experience.

• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with attention to detail.
