Media Rotana is hiring dynamic and service-oriented Waiters / Waitresses to join its Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner

• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards

• Possess thorough knowledge of the menu to assist and advise guests

• Monitor food and beverage quality consistently

• Address guest complaints and queries effectively

• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Prepare for service (mis-en-place) and manage after-service tasks (mis-en-scene)

• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage

• Use upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and drive revenue

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma/degree in Hospitality or vocational training in Food & Beverage

• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred

• Good command of English; additional language skills are a plus

• Strong guest service and interpersonal abilities

• Adaptability and ability to stay calm under pressure

• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail
