Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously

• Manage reservations and maintain efficient seating arrangements

• Provide accurate information about the menu and restaurant policies

• Keep reception and waiting areas clean and presentable

• Support waitstaff during peak hours to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain a professional, approachable demeanor at all times

• Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Previous experience as a hostess or in the hospitality industry preferred

• Organized, well-groomed, and attentive to guest needs

• Friendly, confident, and service-oriented attitude
