Job Title: Professional Barber 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced barber to join our grooming team and help clients look and feel their best. The ideal candidate should have a passion for men’s grooming, a creative eye for style, and strong technical skills in both classic and modern haircutting techniques.

As a Barber, you will consult with clients, understand their grooming needs, and deliver customized haircuts, beard trims, and styling solutions. Your role will also involve offering professional grooming advice and staying up to date with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform haircuts, trims, styling, and coloring based on client requests

• Provide high-quality beard grooming, shaving, and facial hair styling services

• Offer professional advice on haircare, scalp care, and suitable grooming products

• Fit, groom, and maintain hairpieces if needed

• Suggest hairstyles based on face shape, hair type, and current trends

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstations

• Build rapport with clients to encourage return visits and referrals

• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced salon environment

• Process client billing and ensure excellent service from start to finish

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a barber or hair stylist

• Skilled in both classic and contemporary haircut styles

• Proficient in beard trimming, straight razor shaving, and facial grooming

• Knowledge of hair and scalp treatments

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Committed to cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards

• Ability to recommend personalized grooming solutions

• Team player with a positive, professional attitude

• Up to date with modern grooming trends and techniques

• Nationality: India, Pakistan, or Philippines

• Experience: 2+ years

• Career Level: Mid-career
