Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth, grace, and professionalism

• Manage bookings, guest lists, and reservations efficiently

• Escort guests to their tables or VIP sections while ensuring a smooth seating flow

• Collaborate with service and security teams to maintain luxury service standards

• Provide accurate information about the venue, events, and menu offerings

• Keep the reception area stylish, clean, and inviting at all times

• Address guest inquiries or concerns with poise and confidence

• Uphold the overall premium atmosphere of the venue at all times

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian is required; Arabic is a strong plus

• Preferred nationalities: Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Morocco, Norway, Philippines, Russia, United Kingdom

• Age: 20–27 years

• European background or refined, elegant appearance is preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Confident, well-groomed, and polished with a luxury service mindset

• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury events, or nightlife roles is highly desirable

• Available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
