Job Title: Front Desk Hostess

Job Description:

We are seeking a smart, confident, and well-presented Hostess to be the welcoming face of our high-end nightclub. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm, inviting atmosphere and ensuring a seamless entry experience for all visitors.

If you have a pleasing personality, are guest-focused, and thrive in dynamic, energetic environments, this role could be perfect for you. Previous experience in hospitality or events is an advantage, but we also welcome confident and charismatic candidates looking to break into the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the venue

• Manage front-of-house and guest list coordination

• Escort guests to their tables or VIP areas professionally

• Maintain a poised and polished appearance throughout your shift

• Ensure excellent first impressions and a positive guest experience

• Collaborate with security and floor staff to maintain smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, confident, and well-groomed appearance

• Ability to stay calm and composed in a busy environment

• Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to AED 5,000 per month
