Job Title: Logistics Supervisor 

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to lead and coordinate the daily operations of our logistics department. This role is vital to ensuring efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials and products across our supply chain.

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will manage a team of logistics professionals, oversee inbound and outbound shipments, monitor inventory, and implement best practices that optimize productivity, compliance, and service quality. This position also involves cross-functional coordination with vendors, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily logistics and warehouse operations

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and delivery schedules

• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements efficiently

• Ensure full compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements

• Resolve logistics issues and minimize service delays

• Analyze logistics reports and present findings to management

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

• Train and evaluate logistics staff and foster a high-performance culture

• Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, inventory, and operations

• Communicate with vendors, transport providers, and customers to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

• Proven experience in logistics/supply chain roles (supervisory experience preferred)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency with logistics software and inventory management systems

• Effective under pressure and deadline-driven environments

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy

• Sound knowledge of industry safety and compliance standards

• Flexibility to work various shifts if required
