Job Title: CNC Machine Programmer & Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Programmer & Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with various CNC machines, including CNC Router, Fiber Laser, CO2 Laser, and QR Code Marking Machines. You should be proficient in both 2D and 3D design, and confident using industry-standard software tools to create and execute precision machining programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate a range of CNC machines (Router, Fiber Laser, CO2 Laser, QR Code Marking Machine)

• Create 2D and 3D designs tailored to machine requirements

• Use software such as ArtCAM, Aspire, AutoCAD, and CorelDRAW for design and toolpath generation

• Perform machine setup, calibration, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations

• Interpret design drawings and translate them into high-precision machine outputs

• Maintain a high level of accuracy, quality, and safety during operations

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to machines or software

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in ArtCAM, Aspire, AutoCAD, CorelDRAW

• Hands-on experience in 2D and 3D design for CNC programming

• Good operational knowledge of various CNC machines

• Attention to detail and commitment to precision

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
