We are currently hiring a Training Program Coordinator to lead and manage the design, implementation, and compliance of our aesthetic and medical training programs.

As the Training Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for curriculum development, instructor management, and supporting trainees while ensuring adherence to DHA regulations. You will also manage program performance, handle accreditation, oversee budgets, and promote training programs through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain and manage aesthetic training licenses as per DHA regulations.

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with the latest in medical and aesthetic innovations.

• Recruit, train, and assess instructors to maintain quality education standards.

• Support trainees throughout the program and foster a collaborative learning environment.

• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements including CME points.

• Monitor training outcomes and apply improvements based on performance metrics.

• Collaborate with dermatologists and industry experts to keep course content up to date.

• Promote training programs via social media, events, and workshops.

• Manage and optimize the training department’s budget.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Mandatory experience in the healthcare and aesthetics industry.

• Proven expertise in training coordination and program management.

• Strong skills in conducting and developing training programs.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in managing teams and working collaboratively.

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
