Lab Hub Studios, a premium pastry and chocolate lab based in Dubai, is hiring a Sales Executive to drive B2B sales across hotels, HORECA, airlines, caterers, and retail. If you have a passion for food and a proven track record in sales, this full-time on-site role offers a chance to grow with a product-obsessed, founder-led company.

You will manage the entire sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, pricing, closing—and collaborate with the culinary team to transform client briefs into marketable products. Ideal candidates have strong UAE hospitality networks and a hunter mindset with resilient follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients across hotels, HORECA, airlines, and premium retail.

• Win new accounts and grow existing ones through smart sampling, menu placements, and seasonal activations.

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospect → pitch → price → close → repeat.

• Provide clear, simple sales reporting and meet aggressive monthly targets.

• Collaborate with in-house chefs to develop and sell scalable, tailored food products.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in F&B (especially in pastry, chocolate, or confectionery).

• Strong hospitality/HORECA network in the UAE; familiarity with key buyers.

• Persistent, self-driven mindset with strong communication skills.

• UAE driving license required and willingness to visit clients across Dubai and Sharjah.

• Fluent in English (Arabic or French is a plus).
