A self-employed jewelry design studio in Dubai is seeking a talented Jewellery CAD Designer to join their team full-time on-site. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D CAD models for custom jewelry designs, working closely with clients to bring their visions to life. The position also involves ensuring precise design specifications, overseeing aspects of the manufacturing process, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout polishing and quality control. Additionally, you will support and train junior designers, helping to build skills and uphold design excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intricate, high-quality 3D jewelry models using CAD software

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences

• Translate client ideas into technical, manufacturable designs

• Supervise and oversee the production process, including polishing and final quality checks

• Provide mentorship and training to junior designers

• Ensure adherence to design specifications, production timelines, and quality standards

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in jewelry-specific CAD software (such as Rhino, MatrixGold, or similar)

• Strong jewelry design skills with an eye for fashion jewelry trends

• Knowledge of polishing techniques and quality control

• Excellent customer service and communication skills for working with clients

• Experience in mentoring or supporting junior designers is a plus

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai
