Global Study UK, a leading educational consultancy headquartered in London, is seeking a passionate and dynamic Educational Consultant to join its Dubai office. With over 20 offices across eight countries and partnerships with more than 250 universities worldwide, Global Study UK is known for its personalized, free-of-charge services that help thousands of students each year navigate the higher education landscape.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will work directly with students and families to advise on study options, support university applications, and act as a liaison between students and partner institutions. The role also involves participation in educational exhibitions and school events, contributing to the organization’s regional and global growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise students on higher education options across various destinations

• Support with university and college applications

• Communicate effectively with partner institutions

• Deliver exceptional customer service and guidance

• Conduct presentations at exhibitions and school events

• Meet monthly goals and performance targets

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective students and families

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong sales and communication skills

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to deliver personalized advice and ongoing support

• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus

• Experience in the education or consultancy sector preferred

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree required
