About the Role:
Iris Blueprint is expanding its team of Freelance Business Development & Recruitment Managers. This fully remote, part-time opportunity is tailored for professionals with experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or business development. No prior recruitment experience is necessary—comprehensive training and tools are provided. This is a commission-based role, offering significant income potential based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage new business opportunities with companies across the GCC region

Manage and nurture client relationships from initial outreach through to project delivery

Collaborate with the recruitment team on candidate sourcing and shortlisting (training provided)

Maintain a flexible schedule, ideally committing 3–4 weekday hours (mornings preferred)
