Burjline Builders is actively hiring an experienced MEP Estimator for fitout projects to join their team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for professionals with proven experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing estimation within the UAE. The role demands immediate availability and a strong foundation in technical documentation and cost analysis.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates for MEP components (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) in fitout projects.

• Analyze project BOQs, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate take-offs and cost sheets.

• Use estimation software such as CostX, Planswift, and MS Excel efficiently.

• Coordinate with clients and vendors to collect relevant pricing and technical data.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimations meet project scope and timelines.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience specifically in MEP estimation for fitout projects.

• In-depth understanding of MEP systems.

• Proficiency in estimation tools such as CostX, Planswift, and Excel.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication for client and vendor interaction.
