🛠 About Job in Brief:

Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking a qualified MEP Estimator with a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) estimation for construction projects. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Dubai, ideal for candidates with 4 to 5 years of UAE experience in the same domain.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP projects.

• Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements.

• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.

• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and pricing sheets.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to align estimates with project needs.

• Ensure competitiveness and market alignment of estimates.

• Support in value engineering initiatives and propose cost-saving strategies.

• Draft technical and commercial proposals for tenders and bids.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in MEP estimation within the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and estimation tools.

• Experience preparing BOQs and working with procurement teams.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
