Pawspact Veterinary Clinic is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their clinic in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong leadership, financial management, and client service skills—driven by a passion for animal care.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, manage facilities, enforce policies, and streamline appointment scheduling.

• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, optimize revenue and costs, manage billing and financial reporting.

• Human Resources: Recruit, onboard, train staff, manage performance, resolve conflicts, and ensure legal compliance.

• Client Relations & Marketing: Maintain high client satisfaction, resolve issues, and manage marketing strategies and social media presence.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in practice management (veterinary preferred)

• CVPM certification desirable

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Financial and analytical proficiency

• Knowledge of marketing strategies and veterinary industry practices

• Compassionate approach to animals and clients

• Arabic language skills are a plus
