A respected, Dubai-based private mental health and wellness practice led by Dr. Siji Raveendran, is hiring a Clinical Psychologist to join the team. This role is open to licensed professionals only and can be full-time or part-time. The position is on-site and based in Dubai, offering an excellent opportunity for passionate clinicians seeking to deliver high-quality mental health services in a supportive environment.

Dr. Siji is a Harvard Medical School learner, author, and accomplished corporate trainer with a commitment to excellence in therapy and psychological care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients across various age groups.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech and occupational therapists.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and provide culturally sensitive therapy.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to client care planning.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid DHA or CDA license or eligibility letter.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.

• Strong communication and ethical practice standards.

• Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload and work independently.

• Must be currently based in the UAE.
