This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, ideal for professionals with experience in ticketing, customer service, and travel consultancy.

Peace Land Travel & Tourism has built a reputation for excellence in providing UAE tourist visas, hotel bookings, and customized travel packages to both B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to client inquiries and manage travel bookings via front desk, phone, or email.

• Issue flight tickets using GDS platforms like Galileo and Amadeus.

• Assist customers with visa processing and travel documentation.

• Advise clients on available travel packages and services.

• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications.

• Liaise with suppliers and tour operators for seamless service delivery.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction with a professional approach.

• Assist in general office operations and administrative support.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in travel and ticketing, preferably in the UAE.

• Fluency in Bengali and English is required; Hindi or Arabic is a plus.

• Proficiency in GDS systems such as Galileo or Amadeus.

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with UAE visa application procedures is preferred.

• Must be currently located in the UAE and available to join immediately.
