Al Tayer Insignia, the retail division of the renowned Al Tayer Group, is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join their luxury fashion team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work with globally recognized brands such as Bloomingdale’s, Harvey Nichols, and Armani, in a fast-paced and innovative retail environment.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the visual presentation across the store portfolio. This includes ensuring brand-aligned merchandising, planning and installing displays, and collaborating with brand VM teams and procurement. The ideal candidate will be a creative, trend-savvy professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure stores are visually merchandised in accordance with brand guidelines and strategy

• Create and maintain a visual merchandising (VM) calendar for each brand

• Regularly review displays and windows to assess impact and update as needed

• Analyze store data and trends to optimize visual presentation for commercial success

• Collaborate with store design teams to implement brand concepts within mall regulations

• Coordinate with procurement and vendors to source and produce high-quality props and POS materials

• Stay updated on current fashion and retail trends and incorporate them into store displays

• Monitor competitor VM activities and report on new industry developments

• Build strong relationships with brand VM teams and provide monthly photo reports

• Conduct staff training sessions and develop training resources on VM best practices

• Support marketing events and brand activations with visual merchandising setups

• Supervise the installation of visual props and manage schedules for VM team visits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline, ideally with qualifications in fine or commercial arts

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising or related roles, preferably with premium high street fashion brands

• Other Requirements: UAE driving license is mandatory
