Emirates Islamic, a leading name in Shariah-compliant banking, is looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is exclusively open to UAE Nationals and offers the opportunity to manage and grow corporate client portfolios, deliver tailored financial solutions, and lead high-performing relationship teams in alignment with Islamic banking principles.

The Corporate Banking division at Emirates Islamic is committed to providing customer-centric, practical, and effective banking solutions that support corporate clients in achieving their business goals while maintaining full compliance with Shariah guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate clients to enhance business opportunities.

• Identify and acquire new corporate customers in line with the department’s strategic goals.

• Prepare and submit credit proposals ensuring alignment with internal policies and client requirements.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services.

• Conduct comprehensive risk analyses and recommend appropriate solutions or remedial actions.

• Continuously monitor account performance and implement strategies to optimize profitability.

• Ensure full compliance with Emirates Islamic’s operational standards, policies, and regulatory norms.

• Lead and manage a team of relationship managers to ensure delivery of business targets and superior client service.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate banking (coverage).

• Strong understanding of banking products including treasury, capital markets, trade finance, and cash management.

• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with corporate clients.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.
