A well-established indoor activity and recreational facility in Dubai is looking for a Store Manager to lead daily operations and ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for all guests. This role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing indoor activity centers, sports facilities, or similar recreational venues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and motivate all staff in operations and guest services

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coach team members

  • Manage shift scheduling for optimal coverage and efficiency

2. Guest Experience

  • Deliver a fun, safe, and memorable experience to all visitors

  • Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally

  • Promote a guest-centric service culture

3. Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce safety protocols for all activity zones (e.g., trampolines, obstacle courses, climbing walls)

  • Conduct routine risk assessments and equipment inspections

  • Ensure full team compliance with first aid and emergency procedures

4. Operations Management

  • Oversee activity supervision, ticketing, and daily operations

  • Manage bookings for events, parties, and walk-ins

  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality across all areas

5. Inventory & Equipment

  • Monitor and manage inventory of gear, uniforms, and supplies

  • Schedule maintenance for activity equipment

  • Ensure proper storage and tracking of tools and equipment

6. Sales & Event Support

  • Support promotional efforts and group sales activities

  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance footfall and engagement

  • Track and contribute to revenue targets

7. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, attendance, and safety incidents

  • Manage attendance logs and employee documentation

  • Ensure audit and compliance standards are met

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of management experience in indoor activity or recreational centers

  • Proven ability in customer service and staff training

  • Strong knowledge of health and safety practices

  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to acquire)

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

  • Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for dynamic environments
