Amman Rotana is hiring a Food & Beverage Ambassador to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site position requires a dynamic and service-oriented individual who can deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As the first point of contact in the dining outlet, you’ll ensure guests receive a warm welcome and personalized, top-quality service throughout their visit.

You will work closely with the service team to coordinate table reservations, manage guest expectations, and maintain a well-organized, clean, and welcoming atmosphere. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in food and beverage service who are passionate about hospitality and eager to make a positive impact on every guest’s experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service

• Welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and introduce wait staff

• Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and guest requests efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the outlet and entrance

• Assist guests requiring special attention (e.g., elderly, children)

• Ensure high standards in food and beverage order delivery

• Use up-selling techniques to boost outlet revenue

• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints as needed

• Assist in maintaining and updating guest profiles and preferences

• Stay informed about all menus, specials, and promotions

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation and service delivery

• Support a safe, clean, and eco-conscious environment as per hotel policies

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in hospitality management

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros is preferred

• Well-presented with an outgoing, approachable personality

• Excellent multitasking and customer service abilities

• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment

• Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities
