Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and professional guest service during daily front office operations.

• Manage administrative tasks including filing, handling confidential records, and managing supplies.

• Maintain departmental databases and digital systems with accuracy and efficiency.

• Coordinate front office logistics including stationery, maintenance, and guest amenities.

• Support internal communication and coordinate with various teams to enhance guest experiences.

• Track purchase requests and inventory, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• UAE National (as per government employment criteria).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar front office or guest-facing role in a 5-star hotel.

• Diploma in Hotel Operations or Hotel Management.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
