This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a friendly and confident professional fluent in Tagalog and English, who also has a basic understanding of social media platforms like TikTok or Instagram.

The ideal candidate will act as the welcoming face of the clinic while assisting with light content creation for the clinic’s online presence. If you’re comfortable on camera, great with patients, and eager to learn, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.

• Manage appointment scheduling, incoming calls, and patient inquiries.

• Handle patient check-in/check-out and administrative procedures.

• Create simple short videos or live content for TikTok and Instagram.

• Participate in promotional or informational videos on behalf of the clinic.

• Coordinate with the clinic’s marketing team for online campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in Tagalog and English (both written and spoken).

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.

• Good computer literacy and experience with appointment software.

• Presentable, confident on camera, and customer service-oriented.

• Basic familiarity with social media and content creation (especially TikTok).

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow with the team.
