DQventures is a venture studio led by experienced startup founders and investors who’ve built and exited companies worth up to $85 million. Their mission is to help seasoned professionals transition from corporate roles to successful entrepreneurs—without quitting their day jobs immediately. DQventures funds, validates, and co-builds the business with the founder.

Role Overview:
This part-time, fully remote opportunity is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs ready to build a B2B company in their domain of expertise. DQventures will provide capital, strategy, and operational support while you drive the vision as Co-Founder and CEO. This is an equity-only role to start, with transition to a salaried full-time CEO as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct early-stage research and user interviews to validate your idea

• Perform competitor analysis and identify market gaps

• Lead the MVP or initial solution launch (service, no-code, or tech-based)

• Handle early sales and onboarding of first paying customers

• Iterate based on feedback, refine the product/offer

• Prepare to raise funding with DQventures’ support (if needed)

• Commit at least 12 hours per week initially

• Participate in weekly strategy sessions with the DQventures team

• Take ownership of long-term company success and vision

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of professional or leadership experience

• Domain expertise in your field

• A clearly identified industry problem you are passionate to solve

• Strong project execution and initiative

• Background in sales, BD, or partnerships is a strong plus

• Experience in product, operations, or service design is a bonus

• An active professional network
