Responsibilities:

• Deliver the British Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and International Pre-school Programme.

• Inspire, nurture, and educate children aged 6 weeks to 6 years through engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.

• Create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment for all students.

• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement educational programmes and classroom routines.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with parents and guardians about children’s progress.

• Support the continuous improvement of the school and contribute to its nurturing community environment.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a Level 3 vocational qualification in the same field.

• Previous experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 4 years.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for early years education and child development.

• Ability to work well in a collaborative team and adapt to change.

• Demonstrated commitment to high professional standards and values.
