Job Summary:
Tattu Restaurants is hiring a Pool Supervisor to lead and oversee poolside operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury, high-volume hospitality environments and a strong background in beach club or poolside service. The role requires team management skills, a customer-focused approach, and a drive to maintain top-tier service standards.

• Manage and supervise high-volume luxury pool operations.

• Lead the team during peak service hours, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

• Adapt service style to accommodate different customer needs and situations.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of food and beverage offerings.

• Represent the brand’s vision in all aspects of guest interaction.
